Leveraging a Hybrid Data Center Strategy
Mark Ross – AVP of Technology, Concordia Plan Services
Mark will discuss the transition from a single outsourced provider model to a hybrid model of colocation, managed services, and cloud. He will share insights as to how and why this transition was pursued from an IT and as well as business perspective. Additionally, attendees will hear how this new model affects thinking and what lessons were learned along the way.
Mark joined Concordia Plan Services in January 2015 and manages the Infrastructure, Application/Development, Business and System Analyst groups that supports the various business entities. He is adept at understanding business objectives, and providing the corporate enterprise with tools/methodologies/thought leadership necessary to realize corporate goals through strategic IT planning, IT governance, project management, eBusiness and sourcing initiatives. His career includes 30+ years of progressive IT management in-house and 8 years of consulting. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a minor in Information Systems

Honing Your Time Management Skills
Jim Greathouse – Senior Human Resources Training Specialist , St. Louis University
We are all challenged to make the best use of our time. But have you actively considered whether you are actually succeeding? Jim will discuss practical approaches to time management and facilitate exercises that will help you identify top priorities and time wasters. He will also discuss multitasking and being cognizant of your energy levels.
Through a collaborative venture with Information Technology Services
where Jim began as a desktop technician then advanced into ITS Training and Communication, he joined the Human Resources training group where he assumed the position of Senior Human Resources Training Specialist effective July 1, 2011. Jim holds a holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mass Communications.
