How To Take Advantage of AFCOM Member Pricing for Data Center World 2025

1. Active Build, Design, End-User Members should use this promo code: DC25AFCOM
2. Register on Data Center World website, enter the promo code in the Review section of the event registration.
   

Restrictions apply:

• Your AFCOM membership must be active (paid in full) at the time of registration to receive the discount.
• Eligibility will be verified. Non-members will be required to pay for the full price of the event pass. 
• Promo codes are single-use for your personal pass registration only
• Discounts cannot be combined.
• This discount is not applicable to Solution Providers, the AFCOM Solution Provider Pass is already discounted.
• You must enter your promo code at the time you register as they may not be retroactively applied.

• If you are a current or expired AFCOM member, you will NOT be eligible to "renew" your membership if you opt-in for a one-year membership with the All Access pass.
• All AFCOM membership renewals should be submitted via the AFCOM website when you login here.

All cancellations must be received in writing. If you need to cancel your Data Center World, you may do so for a full refund, less a $300 service charge until January 12, 2025. Cancellations received between January 13- February 23, 2025, will be refunded 50% of the cost of your pass and a $300 service charge. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after February 24, 2025, or for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place.
