Taylor Copper has over 10 years in professional experience within technology and she has covered different products from small to enterprise size environments. Matt Halcomb has over 25 years of experience within the information technology field, with 17 being at World Wide Technology. He is part of the engineering team that designs next generation, innovate solutons with an ESG and sustainability thought in mind.

Michael will explain the documentation needed after the construction of a new facility or the renovation of an existing mission critical facility. There are six crucial areas that are involved in the closeout documents: construction documents and as-built drawings, geotechnicial or structural reports, manufacture operation and maintenance manuals, warranty documentation, equipment submittals, and acceptant testing and commission documents.
Michael Balles actively develops data center standards for design, operations, and construction. With over 34 years in the design and construction of mission critical facilities, being a consultant for AT&T, VP of Design Services at Bick Group, Technicail Manager at Data Specialties Inc. and Director of Data Center Design Service at Venyu Solutions.
