Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP)

The CDCP® course is designed to expose participants to the key components of the data center. The course will address how to setup and improve key aspects such as power, cooling, security, cabling, safety, etc, to ensure a high available data center. It will also address key operations and maintenance aspects.

Certified Data Center Specialist (CDCS)

Students must hold a valid CDCP® certificate in order to be able to register for the CDCS® course. CDCS® course requires CDCP® certification as a pre-requisite. Students who do sign up for CDCS® and follow the course, will not be able to take the exam if they do not possess a valid CDCP® certificate.

Certified Data Center Facilities Operations Specialist (CDFOS)

CDFOS® is a course which will enable participants to fully understand the requirements of running the day-to-day operations of a mission critical data center.

Participants will gain all the required competencies for running the daily operations, understand which processes should be in place, and the critical elements of those processes and how to execute them. The CDFOS® is an intensive course enabling participants to improve the day-to-day operations of their data center. The course is fully aligned with the DCOS® (Data Center Operations Standard).

Certified Facilities Operations Manager (CDFOM)

CDFOM® is a course which will enable data center managers to gain in-depth knowledge of managing data center operations from planning to monitoring and reporting.

This course breaks down the complexity of managing a mission-critical high-availability data center facility into manageable and systematic processes and includes best-practices by seasoned data center professionals with many years experience managing global data center facilities.

Data Center Foundation Certificate (DCFC)

DCFC® is a course designed to deliver foundation knowledge about the data centre facilities infrastructure.

It provides participants who are looking at joining the ranks of professionals working in the data center industry with a global overview and knowledge on data centers. It will form a solid foundation for participants who wish to pursue studies either academically or to further industry specialization with professional certification courses on data center design & build, operations & governance and/or standards & compliance.
