Michael Byers-Norton Bio

Michael Byers-Norton is an accomplished industry veteran with over 15 years of experience in the data center and digital infrastructure space. As the Founder and CEO of TerraByte Digital Infrastructure Consultants, a strategic consultancy firm specializing in data center investments, Michael has established himself as a thought leader in the industry.

With a diverse background spanning finance, economics, site selection, real estate, design, construction management, sales, leasing, commissioning, and operations, Michael brings a holistic perspective to data center development projects. His expertise lies in conducting comprehensive feasibility assessments, asset conversions, retrofit analyses, and site identification to optimize investments and maximize returns for clients.

In his role as the President of the AFCOM Denver-Rocky Mountain chapter, Michael is committed to fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and best practices within the local data center community. His leadership and strategic vision will undoubtedly contribute to the chapter's growth and impact in the region.

Stephanie Henley Bio

Corporate Economic Development Manager
Xcel Energy

Stephanie Henley is a Corporate Economic Development Manager with Xcel Energy, a Fortune 200 investor-owned utility. In her role, Stephanie supports key customer expansions and helps attract new customers to Xcel’s service territory in Colorado, New Mexico and Texas. She also helps manage Xcel’s economic development offerings and promotes energy efficiency and renewable energy programs to businesses from target industry clusters. Prior to joining Xcel, Stephanie worked for the Colorado Governor’s Office of Economic Development & International Trade (OEDIT). While at OEDIT, she marketed Colorado to foreign direct investors, helped Colorado companies export to international markets and supported State-led economic development initiatives. Stephanie has a Master’s Degree in International Development from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Oregon. She is an outdoor enthusiast, marathoner and mother.
